There will be a forward parking area close to the visitor entrance for vehicles displaying the official blue disability badge. Please follow all ‘Tillage-Live Visitor’ signage to the event and make one of the stewards aware on your arrival.
If you do not have an official blue badge, but have reduced mobility, and need to park closer to the entrance please contact us in advance on events@aea.uk.com.
Please note that during the event hours there will be no vehicle movement permitted onsite apart from official event staff vehicles so you will need to be able to provide your own mobility around the event.
If you need to bring a carer, assistant, or guide with you to the event to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer will be admitted free of charge at the discretion of the event staff.
Please ensure that you make this clear to staff when purchasing your ticket onsite. If you purchase your ticket online, please contact us in advance on events@aea.uk.com.

There will be a unisex wheelchair-accessible toilet available on site along with male and female toilets located across the site.
In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of the event team who will be able to assist you.
Please note that as this is a working demonstration event and so we do not recommend children under the age of 16 attend the event.
Children aged 10 and under will be admitted free of charge but must be accompanied by a fee-paying adult. Everyone over the age of 10 will be charged the standard rate.
