Free parking is available on-site.

Can I fly my drone?
All drone flying is prohibited.
The official AEA Event Photographer is the only other person able to fly a Drone. Who will also carry a certificate of permissions and timings.

Is it OK for me to take pictures or film?
Yes, please obey stewards instructions, and do not place yourself in the way, or close proximity to working machinery, remember your safety remains your responsibility. For any further photography related questions please get in touch via events@aea.uk.com

What time is the event?
The event opens at 8am and closes at 3pm

I may struggle to walk around the demo, what can I do?
Don’t worry, please contact the organisers to discuss your needs and we will help.

When can we arrive to set up?
Demo Companies can be on site for set up from Tuesday 15th September at 08:30.
Static Exhibitors can be on site for set up from Wednesday 16th September 2026 at 08:30.
All stands, exhibition units and machinery must be in place by no later than Friday 18th September at 17:00
